Lone Wolf demands people stop using the term "Army Builder" in conversation Lone Wolf Development has sent a letter to Privateer Press and others demanding that they prevent their forum users from using the term "Army Builder" in conversation, and that any such posts be edited or removed: There are two things that need to be done. First of all, improper references to the Army Builder trademark on the forums must be addressed. This can be achieved in either of two ways, or potentially a combination of both, at your discretion.

Esta nueva edición, publicada el pasado mes de junio, nos ofrece todo cuanto necesitemos para organizar una partida.
Hackmaster comenzó como una broma en forma de parodia de ADnD en los cómics Knights of the Dinner Table, cuyos protagonistas jugaban precisamente a Hackmaster.
El juego en sí es una evolución de Advanced Dungeons & Dragons, aunque según pasan las ediciones, las diferencias con el original son mayores y más profundas.
Por si a alguien le interesa, este juego tiene una de las mayores colecciones de monstruos al margen de DnD; la Hacklopedia of Beasts tiene (creo) ocho volúmenes de completísimo material, y la historia de cómo surgió la idea de publicarlos es, cuanto menos, curiosa.
