Even though I swore I wouldn't play anything other than 4e, I'm giving the original Red Box a try.

I hate gaming dry spells. I think the longest period I’ve gone without gaming was two years, if you’re talking about actually sitting at the table, either as GM or player. If you’re counting game preparation and research, it’s more like, well, 6 months.

De entrada, lo que más me sorprende es que hayan elegido la cuarta edición de DnD para ubicarlo reglamentariamente.
Tomando como base el escenario de Zobeck, de la misma editora, Imperial Gazetteer nos describe las naciones undead de Morgau y Doresh, así como el llamado Imperio de los Ghouls, profusamente descrito en otro manual anteriormente publicado. Lo descrito aquí se refiere tanto a la superficie como debajo de ella.

Luego podemos encontrar lo clásico en estos manuales: una clase para jugadores (el ghoul), alrededor de 30 monstruos nuevos, artilugios y artefactos mágicos relacionados con los muertos vivientes, variantes de monstruos ya existentes, etc.

El libro puede resultar muy útil, y lo curioso es que el Open Grave de WotC, también consagrado a los no muertos, me sigue pareciendo el mejor suplemento oficial publicado para la cuarta edición.
Parece que lo relacionado con los muertos inspira a los diseñadores…
